It’s early morning on the highway. Thousands of commuters are on their way into the city. Cologne’s motorway ring is packed. Most drivers are used to it, and it does little to improve their mood. Then, when a construction site adds additional delays, tensions run high. Minutes later, an accident at Cologne-East is caused by aggressive driving. The scene turns to chaos.
